Q: Who would benefit from a visit with me?

A: Anyone having any type of symptoms.

It is not normal to have headaches, menstrual cramps, fatigue, constipation or stomach aches, just to name a few. These symptoms are your body’s way of telling you it is out of balance and is either deficient in nutrients or not able to get rid of excess toxins.

Together we will design a personal program addressing lifestyle, exercise needs, emotional well-being and stress management. Together we will look to optimize your health and to prevent future health problems.
