MY GOALS FOR YOU
There is no quick-fix to health.
There is no magic pill that will have you wake up well the next morning. Not in the long-term meaning of it anyways.
THE UNPOPULAR TRUTH:
Health requires hard work. This work will sometimes be tedious, frustrating, and defeating work over a long period of time. Period.
But the efforts can have you full of energy and feeling better than you ever believed possible, if only you allow yourself to.
TOGETHER WE CAN FIND THE CAUSE:
It is important to figure out why your body is responding the way it is. You can deal with the symptom (i.e. combating a headache through the use of acetaminophen), but that would get you nowhere and certainly no eliminate the problem. You will likely continue to get headaches regularly. My question would be why are you getting headaches in the first place? What are you consuming, or not consuming that is causing you troubles? What is happening inside your body that is causing you pain? Why? That is always the first question.
MY GOAL:
To teach you how to heal yourself; to empower you. Our body is already always searching for homeostasis - the point where it is ultimately healthy and everything is in perfect balance. But it can only achieve this if we help it to get there. It is up to us to add the right protein, the right carbohydrates, the right fats, the right vitamins and minerals, and clean water...all in the proper quantities and combinations.
Together, you can be healthy in ways you never imagined.
