WELCOME TO SYMBIANCE

Convenience has taken over our lives, but we may have gone too far. Some of us have lost touch with the foods we eat, with nature, and with ourselves. In the name of convenience we have pre-packaged foods loaded with preservatives, artificial ingredients and chemicals. Convenience means we zoom around in cars while our bodies sit idle. Despite the abundance of food available, malnutrition is a problem. Living with some type of symptom or condition is now considered the norm. If you are someone who is free of symptoms you are considered lucky.

Many people have put their health and well-being into the hands of others and have lost sight of what it really means to be healthy, lively, and symptom free. I am here to help you learn how to be healthy, full of energy, and symptom free. But it starts with recognizing the difference between the good and the bad, and which really is which. It might be a little confusing at first, but so was learning how to ride a bike!

New studies pop up almost daily showing how processed foods and lack of exercise affect our health. People are starting to be aware of how this "convenient" lifestyle really affects us. Eyes are starting to open again and now is the time to re-learn what our ancestors knew: what to eat, when to eat it, and how to heal ourselves; how to be active in a way that does not require a costly gym membership; how to de-stress without spending thousands of dollars for that once a year "need to have or else" vacation. There are many ways to improve your life without making it feel like you are really giving anything up. It's just about taking the time to learn how to do it – one step at a time.
